Documentation encoding mismatch

Hello,

Just to let you know that there is a problem of configuration in your
documentation renderer on http://doc.postgresintl.com/jdbc/
HTTP header given by the server is iso8859-1 whereas actual encoding used is
UTF8 (from xml).

You should fix this problem to avoid ugly character rendering.
